Details and Data

The premise of our data service is new & pre-opening foodservice and hospitality establishments. All leads/contact records have value added data. As for direct mail, past history has shown a 5-8% of return mail. 3% from data errors and the other 5% as a result of the postmaster unaware of new addressees due to the nature of a pre-opening list. Clients who age current lists briefly have less returns.

Reports are produced weekly in each region by E-mail or FAX, on labels or on disk, 48 weeks per year. Although our weekly service is available as is by region, our database for other purposes is available.

Listed below is a breakdown of the individual records in our database. Lists can be sorted for direct mail or telemarketing purposes according to specification. All contact records are either added or modified from previous entry carefully, by hand, one at a time.

Research staffers perform an average of six phone calls per contact record. Interviews are done by experienced staffers who understand through experience and training how to talk to restaurateurs, regional/corporate offices and hotel personnel. More than 60,000 raw source records are evaluated by our in-house research department each week.

All multi-unit records list number of units- state, regional and national. Also listed are current corporate/ regional contact personnel, phone locations of regional and corporate contacts. Corporate information is updated daily.

Average number of new records added, updated or cleaned monthly - 3300

Total records available -200,000 plus.
